Canada Day July 1st will be a street event to be remembered. The celebration of our national holiday is in the heart of every Canadian and will be celebrated in the heart of our community. The Squamish Chamber of Commerce is proud to present a lineup of fabulous events for the community of Squamish.

Canada Day Community Celebration

Friday, July 1, 2011 - Pavilion Park, Downtown Squamish

  • 10:00am -3:00pm Market and Classic Car Show
  • 10:45am March and Flag Raising Ceremony
  • 11:15am-3:00pm Family Fun Zone, Live Music, and Performances
  • 1:00pm Grand Opening of the O Siyam Pavilion
  • 9:30pm Outdoor Movie
  • 11:00pm Fireworks!

Canada Day Special: Movie in the Park!

JULY 1ST 9:30 pm – PAVILION PARK

Join us for our first ever ‘Movie in the Park’ on Canada Day! The brand new Pavilion will be our stage! Stunning movie (Home), popcorn machine, ice-cream cart, beverages... Just bring your favourite blanket and enjoy! Poster attached – spread the word!
