Our rich climbing heritage comes to life

March 8th, 2012 - 07:00pm - 09:00pm

Come and join long time climber and author Anders Ourom who will share his wealth of personal anecdotes, photos, documents, and artifacts to bring to life our rich climbing heritage. Anders completed his first route on the Stawamus Chief on Dec. 31, 1972 at the age of 16 and has been clinging to and clambering up rock faces ever since.

Whether you are a mountaineer, or simply a spectator interested in the exploits of our celebrated climbing community, this will be an evening to remember. Don’t miss it.

Thursday, March 8 at 7 pm
