The Copper House Restaurant and LoungeEnjoy spectacular views of Shannon Falls while you dine

I live in Squamish and I crave the burgers here. You can't get much better than that! I hardly want to order anything else off the menu. Even though everything I taste off my husbands plate is very good too.

We just stopped in on our way to Whistler hoping to hit it right and find some good food... We did hit it right... The food was delicious at a reasonable price... Service was great too... The fish was much better than we get in Michigan and my wife said the soup was the best she ever had... I wish this place was around the corner :)

Try the duck salad. That and a side of yam fries make a perfect lunch.

A great place to spend an Evening! However in my opinion the Chicken wings were to shall we say Gingery. Keep it simple and Rock a Hotwing hotter the better! Nice place though.

This is one of the best menus and service experience i have had had the pleasure of indulging in in BC. The staf are service savvy... going above and beyond, willing to customise requests on entrees, remembering ourselves from earlier visits ... the food is outstanding... perfect portions, savoury without being overly complicated and delicately prepared to perfection be it the sole, elk, beef or pasta... the saucier is one of the finest i have experienced anywhere.
This is a fresh young bunch of culinary entreneurs that are locally relevant and accessible to any income-level client.

Best place in Squamish to have a nice meal!

This place rocks! Will stop at this place everytime we go to Whistler from Vancouver! Very "chefy" and "down home" at the same time without the chefy price! I had a hazelnut encrusted goat cheese salad with a maple dijon ving. and a great martini and glass of wine and my husband had fish and chips (with the best homemade tartar) and beer!! Great food, drinks service and view! Don't miss it if you are going by

WOW! So glad we stopped here! The view itself is worth the stop...but on top of that...the food and drinks. Another commenter was right...you can tell that the chef is passionate. The Hazelnut encrusted goat cheese salad with a maple dijon vinagrette was just what I wanted and my husband got The Fish and chips with the best tartar! Beer, wine and cocktails were great and everything was very reasonably priced. The place was beautiful and super clean too! Oh, and the staff was great too! Like one big family runs it! Hat's off to this place!

Traveling through Squamish for one week from Michigan and have had many great gourmet meals. We were thrilled to have stopped at the Copper House after a long hike. Some of the best food we have ever had. The braised short ribs were out of this world! So tender you could eat them with a spoon. The service was great too. Kudos to the chef and staff. Very evident the passion of the chef.
